    • workwith our leadership across teams (product, business, sales) to align marketing goals with business and product goals.
    • Lead cross-functional teams of product marketing.
    • Device segmented marketing plans across channels and industry segments.
    • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, customers, prospects, competition, and market,
    • Develop value-based messaging and positioning that communicate - how PayU solutions uniquely solve audience problems, and collaborate with the Content Marketing, Brand and Growth teams to bring the story to life through collateral, web content, videos, presentations, white papers, and more.
    • Plan and execute the market strategies focused on product adoption and the overall success of existing and prospective
    • enterprise clients, familiarity with the technical sales cycle and ability to use it to build marketing communication strategy.
    • Build dashboards, and track & optimize marketing metrics. Make recommendations based on numbers & test findings for consumer & business growth.
    • Create and implement pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation towards specific, targeted accounts and contacts.
    • For self-serve merchants -enhance the merchant journey by working with the inbound growth marketing team (marketing automation, SEO, website development etc.)

What are we looking for

    • 7-12 years of experience in core Product Marketing.
    • Have a creative bent of mind and design thinking for effective showcase of our products across delivery platforms.
    • Co-Own product adoption with respective product and business leads
    • Extremely strong at in-sighting from given data for better product communication
    • Owner of Product Marketing MIS
