Role Overview

  • Oversee, analyze, and optimize chemical and plastic manufacturing processes.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO).
  • Provide chemical engineering expertise for process optimization.

  • Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and process-related drawings.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1215 years of experience in process design and manufacturing in the chemical/plastics industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical and plastic manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in process modeling software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and control systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
