Roles and Responsibilities

An exceptional consistent user experience must be created in every single interaction with a customer which is a valuable contribution to the value of the brand.
To create exceptional brand and buying experiences for a customer or a prospect, across touchpoints both digital and physical.
To be able to do so, one must demonstrate strong product knowledge along with an ability to efficiently interact with customers, understand their buying journeys, pain points; and align with other business functions or internal stakeholders such as product development or design team, sales, marketing, and customer service team, to find solutions for the same.
Responsible for performance evaluations, assisting in the employment decision, setting performance goals and objectives, and providing/negotiating the appropriate pay rate during the salary increase process for assigned team members; managing employee issues regarding attendance, performance, and conduct, and delivering appropriate corrective action as needed.
Growth hacking capabilities for building next-generation customer experience and the ability to manage stronger relationships with Key customers.
Should have the zest to drive team performance, servant leadership, training, and increasing team performance and ability to contribute to the core leadership team for a path to success .
To encourage and develop new ideas for procedures and systems to continuously improve the ability of the operational system to promote service to customers and identify gaps and opportunities within the teams.
Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touch points, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions, and engagements.
Oversee all logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, transportation, analyzing logistics data, and generating reports. Should collaborate with other departments to ensure all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for coaching and developing team members in all areas of performance including, but not limited to metrics and behaviors related to the customer experience.
Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered help measure metrics such as NPS to gauge the performance.
Raising red flags wherever the business process billing, installation, or anything pre or post-sales needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field would be a plus.
5+ years of experience in logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation.
Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing logistics data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Empathy and Listening skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Collaboration and Project Management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Six Sigma Certification would be a plus
