We're Hiring | Sr. Manager – Interior Design

We're looking for an experienced Interior Design professional to lead the design and coordination of our psychiatric hospitals and alcohol & substance rehabilitation centres.

What you'll do:

• Lead interior design and drawing coordination for healthcare projects

• Develop and review detailed design drawings and layouts

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, project managers, and vendors

• Ensure design quality, healthcare compliance, and seamless project execution

• Support material selection, site reviews, and execution coordination

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design or Architecture

• 12–15 years of experience in interior design and drawing coordination

• Experience in luxury retail, boutique hospitality, or healthcare interiors is preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Strong attention to detail, project coordination, and execution excellence

Location: Delhi (Corporate Office) with travel to project sites across India as required.
