Role Description The Senior Manager – Human Resources & Administration – Kochi is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading HR and administrative operations for the Kochi location. This position oversees end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, fostering an inclusive and compliant work environment, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee relations, handling disciplinary processes, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The Senior Manager also supervises general administration functions such as facilities management, vendor coordination, office security, and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation relevant to Indian regulations.
  • Administrative management skills covering facilities oversight, vendor management, office logistics, and records management.
  • Demonstrated ability in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development in a growth-oriented or technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
  • Proven capability in data-driven HR decision-making, including use of HRIS tools, reporting, and process improvement methods.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, aviation, technology, or startup ecosystem is beneficial, particularly in scaling HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
