  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the HR department, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to drive performance and development. Provide guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure consistent application and enforcement of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive programs, and employee benefits. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs. Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and labor standards. Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure HR performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
