We are seeking a Senior Manager HR to lead our human resources initiatives and ensure the effective management of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, a strong understanding of employee engagement, and the ability to drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Monitor and manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-16 years of experience in Human Resources management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
