Senior Manager – HR at our
Head Office, Hadapsar, Pune.
Candidate Profile
Relevant experience is mandatory in
Food & Beverages, Hospitality, Restaurants, or Hotels.
Reporting To
CEO / Group Management
Role Purpose
To lead the Human Resources and Administration functions across all business verticals of
Little Italy Group including Restaurants, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facility,
Warehouse, and Support Functions. The role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee
lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, performance management, administration,
facility management, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Talent Acquisition & ; Manpower Planning (35%)
Achieve 95%+ monthly hiring closure rate within agreed TAT.
Lead recruitment for all white-collar positions and drive blue-collar hiring through
the HR team.
Build a continuous talent pipeline for key operational and leadership roles.
Develop relationships with institutes, consultants, job portals, and referral networks.
Ensure manpower planning is aligned with business growth and budget.
Publish weekly recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards.
- Payroll, Employee Records & HR Operations (15%)
Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Ensure payroll queries are resolved within 48 hours.
Maintain HRMS accuracy and employee master database.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
- Compliance & Employee Relations (15%)
Ensure 100% compliance with:
- PF
- ESIC
- PT
- LWF
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Factory Act
- Contract Labour Regulations
- Labour Welfare Requirements
Conduct periodic compliance audits across all locations.
Ensure zero penalties, notices, or legal non-compliance.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Review and update HR policies periodically.
Ensure policy implementation across restaurants, factory, warehouse, and HO.
- Administration & Facility Management (15%)
Oversee administration of Corporate Office, Factory, Warehouse, and Restaurants.
Ensure proper maintenance of office and factory infrastructure.
Manage
- Security services
- Housekeeping services
- Pest control
- Staff transportation
- Employee accommodation (where applicable)
- Utility service providers
- Facility AMC vendors
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
Negotiate and manage admin vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
Maintain asset registers and office administration records.
Ensure uninterrupted support services across all locations.
- Factory HR & Industrial Relations (10%)
Support factory manpower planning and workforce deployment.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act requirements.
Coordinate employee welfare initiatives at the manufacturing facility.
Handle worker grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with factory management on attendance, productivity, and workforce
requirements.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations and prevent disruptions.
- Employee Engagement, Culture &Training (5%)
Conduct structured induction for all new joiners.
Drive employee engagement programs across locations.
Organize celebrations, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
Improve employee retention and workplace culture.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Performance Management (5%)
Ensure 100% completion of appraisal cycles.
Conduct KPI/KRA reviews for Head Office employees.
Support leadership in performance calibration discussions.
Track performance improvement plans and succession readiness.
