As a Senior Manager, Government Affairs, working on intellectual property in India, you will represent Qualcomm's India Government Affairs team in telecommunications, intellectual property and other technology areas. You will engage with the Government of India, Indian Patent Office, Indian IPR related academia/universities, Indian trade associations, and industry peers on telecommunication standards and other IP topics for Qualcomm. You will develop external peer-networks in India on IP topics, engage in IP education and support internal coordination with key Qualcomm stakeholders to help formulate Qualcomm's positions on IP and telecom standards related topics. You will engage on other polices of importance to Qualcomm as needed. You may represent Qualcomm as a subject matter expert and speak at relevant webinars and conferences and positive IP education efforts and programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications / Job Qualifications:

.5+ years of experience in in the wireless communication field, particularly in standards or systems engineering

.5+ years of experience in IP topics including IDF generation, patent filing, IP analysis, litigation support, or other IP related activities.

.Knowledge of key SEP/Non-SEP litigations in India

.Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills

.Leadership experience in driving cellular wireless technology and/or IP projects

.Experience with 3GPP standards, especially RAN1 or RAN2. Prior experience in participating in 3GPP standards meetings desirable.

.Experience in public speaking at conferences and webinars

.Policy and government advocacy experience not required but desirable

.Prior patent grants not required but desirable

Minimum Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM with specialization in IP law, and

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  Master's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  OR
  PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
