We are seeking a Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (F&A) to lead and manage our F&A team with a focus on P2P, Reconciliation, GST, and TDS. The role involves team management, SLA compliance, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the F&A P2P team ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance.
- Manage a team of 5-10 members, including work allocation, quality checks, and training.
- Oversee team hiring, replacement execution, and backup planning.
- Drive process simplification initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Lead and manage internal, statutory, and special audits.
- Prepare Service Performance Reports, conduct client cadences, and governance meetings with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in AP, Finance & Accounts, P2P processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and fluent communication in English.
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
- Ability to handle a 6-day working schedule.
- Impressive communication and problem-solving skills.
