Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Manage onboarding/induction Team
  • Vendor and Stakeholder management.
  • Manage and close RFP's/Pricing on time.
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
  • Participated in recruitment audit/compliance activities
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)
  • HR Project Management
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Coordinate with department managers and leaders to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Coordinate with senior HR and Business leadership.
