Job Description

We are looking for highly experienced Sr Manager - O2C Functional Consultant to lead Order to Cash (O2C) team. The role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of the O2C cycle within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) & Fusion Receivables. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of O2C process, strong leadership skills and the ability to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. - Lead the complete O2C cycle within Oracle E-business Suite (R12) & Fusion Receivables

2 - Optimize all O2C processes - Client billing & payments

3 - Identify opportunities for process improvement & automation within the O2C cycle

4 - Implement the best practice to enhance efficiency & accuracy

5 - Address billing team inquiries, request & escalations as needed

6 - Work closely with IT & Business Teams to implement system enhancements, Rollout & upgrades

7 - Manage relationship with third party vendors & service providers related to O2C processes

8 - Collaborate with Sr Management & stakeholders to align O2C strategies with overall business goals

9 - Good knowledge on Contract management and Billing Processes

Project Management

  • Manage financial system transformation and project life cycle.
  • Knowledge of RFP process and help to hire implementation partners.
  • Strengthen Finance Systems Implementation methodology.
  • Lead Change Management, Training and adoption methodology

People management

  • Managing team of EBS, Oracle Fusion and BI professionals from Finance
  • Ensure progression and succession planning.
  • Ensure that objectives, values and messages are communicated to employees, championing face-to-face briefings and feedback mechanisms in line with the Company's internal communications infrastructure.
  • Focused team development and continuous training

Skills

Technical Skills

  • Sound understanding of industry standard frameworks in Oracle Apps, Power BI reporting.
  • Understanding of SOX and other compliance standards around Financial Systems
  • SME on financial systems and processes

Process Specific Skills

  • Experience in delivering ERP support services for large Business Operations is preferred) and service delivery processes for a large (BPO / ITES / Customer Service) organization.
  • Expertise in Finance Process Transition/Automation
  • Experience in Project Management, Planning and Tracking of large Finance Automation/ ERP Implementation projects
  • Formal approach to Project management using Project Management Techniques
  • Experience in managing multiple and multi-location projects.
