About the Role
Manage the digital sales acquisition charter across Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip About the team
The team manages the Co Brand Cards charter (credit and debit) for Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip. The work spans across driving the customer value proposition, acquisition and portfolio, and involves working with teams across the Flipkart Group platforms, issuing banks and networks.
You are responsible for:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy for co-brand credit cards across Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to understand and identify new growth opportunities
Managing campaign budgets across CRM and off-platform marketing to ensure efficient spending and achievement of acquisition targets
Tracking key acquisition metrics and driving initiatives to optimize the acquisition funnel Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless digital application customer experience
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
4-7 years of proven experience in digital sales, customer acquisition within the credit card industry Good understanding of digital marketing channels
Data-driven mindset to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
