Discover Impactful Work:

The Corporate Digital Marketing team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations to lead our cross-divisional digital marketing execution teams within the Bangalore, India office. This role will deliver on the following key objectives.

  • Enhancing shared infrastructure: Drive a regional talent framework and talent pipeline for digital marketing tactical execution through extending local partnerships with IT, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities partnerships
  • Driving speed at scale: Lead cross-team partnership and establish local agency relationships to flex capacity across businesses
  • Training and development: Lead training programs across the region to upskill consistently across businesses using leading technologies to drive digital validated experience through shared training and standardized methodologies
  • Cultivate a Collaborative Center of Excellence: Develop relationships with divisional leaders and managers to attract new roles to the COE, and create ongoing engagement efforts to retain talent.

A day in the Life:

  • Drive partnership across divisional teams and identify potential opportunities to scale across divisions and functions
  • Use a consultative approach with Corporate and Divisional business leadership to plan, implement and sustain a resourcing strategy to meet business priorities.
  • Establish and handle external vendor and agency relationships enabling teams with flexibility to scale up and down as needed
  • Ensure consistent talent recruitment, onboarding, training, and cultivation through establishing alignment with key partners, such as Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Teams
  • Partner with local teams, such as facilities and IT, to ensure cross-divisional teams are co-located and gaining benefits from partnership space
  • Work with finance team and lead divisional partners through financial staffing expectations during annual / ongoing budget planning

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related area.

Experience

  • 12+ years dynamically sophisticated experience in a diverse digital marketing operational role(s)
  • Hands on-experience leading resourcing strategies with senior partners

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency in English required
  • Experience connecting teams across a matrixed organization with various regions and functions is a requirement
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator who can also serve as a confident advocate
  • Operational authority and innovative problem solver with a passion to drive initiatives forward
  • Consistent track record as an operationally minded self-starter with ability to coordinate, prioritize and implement multiple projects across various teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Confirmed experience crafting digital marketing strategies and bringing them to execution
  • Ability to think strategically and use case analysis regarding digital marketing resourcing projects, applications, and technologies
  • Laser-focused on internal partners and goal-oriented, with a history of building credibility across all levels of the organization
