Job Description

Role Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and sustain profitability of the Encash portfolio with delinquency rates below benchmark levels
  • Offer Encash & CLI (Credit Limit Increase) to low and marginal-risk segments to build the portfolio
  • Utilize data from credit bureaus effectively to identify customers for Encash offers
  • Track and monitor portfolio performance, taking corrective actions to maintain delinquency within defined limits
  • Identify stress and opportunity segments in the portfolio and execute appropriate positive or negative actions
  • Conduct data analytics, modeling, and segmentation to optimize portfolio management
  • Identify segments to optimize cross-sell coverage within the portfolio
  • Promote customer-driven initiatives, such as income-driven limit assignments
  • Create and deliver monthly portfolio performance dashboards on time
  • Review transaction declines daily, identify gaps and abnormal patterns, and recommend improvements
  • Support compliance with regulatory guidelines and network enhancements
  • Drive portfolio management initiatives through credit cycle management, collaborating with marketing, IT, operations, and collections teams
  • Implement AI, ML, and automation techniques to enhance process efficiency and customer experience
  • Manage the exit process for secured cards in partnership with banks
  • Support existing relationships and future implementations of new card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex, and JCB

Measures of Success:

  • Maintain portfolio loss and delinquency rates within benchmarks
  • Maintain authorization success rate within benchmarks
  • Design and successfully launch cross-sell campaigns as planned
  • Adhere to processes as per MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)
