Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of CPO-led business, operational, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide change analysis support ensuring initiatives align with CPO goals and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate communication and engagement workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and support triage of new ideas to identify and prioritize high-value outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops covering process, data, and system requirements with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including CPO leadership, Enterprise Technology, and Enterprise Change teams.
  • Support agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint management.
