Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead Record-to-Report (R2R) team within the Finance Controllership function. This role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience and a strong track record in driving process efficiencies, automation, and standardization within financial reporting. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of approximately 10 members, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership, with a strong focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and managing end-to-end financial processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, R2R processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
