Leading statutory & Tax audit of the Local accounts of the company.
Responsibilities
- Review and finalisation of Annual Ind AS compliant standalone and consolidated financials along with notes to accounts and relevant disclosures for all lagal entities including PF & SAF trusts.
- Preparation of US GAAP vs IGAAP profit reconciliation along with identifying areas for harmonization.
- Preparation of Cause of Change (CoC) for financial statements and getting the same reviewed from BU Controller & Associate Director - Reporting.
- Leading Statutory audit by coordinating with statutory auditors and all verticals for closure of issues raised during audit.
- Assist BU Controller & Reporting Associate Director in aspects of technical accounting and reporting aspects related to Indian framework.
- Drive process compliance and controls execution at the reporting function related to Statutory audit
- Support the cross functional teams in its calendar and closing checklist compliance

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
- 7-8 years experience
