Role: Senior Manager/ DGM – Compensation & Benefits

Location: Noida / Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Function: Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to strengthen our Total Rewards function. This role will be responsible for designing and managing compensation programs, benchmarking practices, and benefits administration while partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Rewards

  • Drive the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and rewards programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage annual compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, bonus planning, market corrections, and salary benchmarking.
  • Ensure internal pay equity while maintaining external market competitiveness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations, compensation recommendations, and retention cases.

Benefits Management

  • Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement benefits, and flexible benefits.
  • Continuously evaluate market practices and recommend enhancements to improve employee value proposition.

Compensation Benchmarking

  • Participate in industry compensation surveys (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Radford, etc.).
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis for critical and niche talent, particularly within the IT Services, Digital Engineering, and AI talent landscape.
  • Support job evaluation and salary structure reviews.

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to provide data-driven compensation insights and recommendations.
  • Support workforce planning through compensation analytics and cost modelling.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare dashboards and reports on compensation trends, pay equity, rewards effectiveness, hiring competitiveness, and workforce costs.
  • Generate insights that support informed decision-making by HR and business leadership.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compensation practices comply with organizational policies and applicable statutory requirements.
  • Maintain governance around compensation approvals, documentation, and audit readiness.

HR Systems & Process Excellence

  • Collaborate with HRIS and HR Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Desired Profile

  • 8–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within IT Services, Technology, GCC, Digital Engineering, or AI-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of compensation design, salary benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing annual compensation review cycles and supporting business hiring decisions.
  • Experience working with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Radford, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR analytics and dashboards is preferred.
  • Exposure to HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Certification in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards will be an added advantage.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple geographies is desirable.
