Role Summary

Lead the entire buying function including assortment strategy, sourcing direction, pricing architecture, vendor management, and category growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define seasonal assortment strategy.
• Decide category mix, depth, and pricing.
• Drive product innovation and new launches.
• Collaborate with design team on range planning.
• Own vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Ensure commerciality of collections.
• Monitor sell-through and react to trends quickly.
• Work closely with planning and production for timely execution.
• Lead buying team and establish processes/KPIs.
• Present business and assortment reviews to founders.
