Role Summary

We are hiring a strategic and analytical Senior Manager Business Finance to lead financial planning, commercial analysis, and investment modeling. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support high-growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to drive revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles
• Review commercials for new deals ensuring margin compliance and cost coverage
• Conduct cost-benefit, trend, and scenario analyses at BU level
• Support business case development and ROI modeling for strategic investments
• Design and manage planning models (AOPs, rolling forecasts, actuals)
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support commercial decision-making

Must-Have Qualifications

• BTech + MBA with minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A and Business Finance
• Prior experience in IT Product or IT Services companies is mandatory
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of accounting frameworks, revenue recognition, and regulatory matters
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, and M&A activities
• Experience supporting investment proposals and strategic financial initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
