1. Actively manage & fulfill communication requirement on key business initiatives across various departments: Core Cards, Co-brand cards, E-apply, Banca Channel, Portfolio, Cross Sell, Digital Marketing & other function within the organization, as per requirement 2. Design & Implement communication campaigns for ATL (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Magazines, Hoardings, Digital media) as per business needs, from conceptualization, to execution through creative & production agencies; Manage & co-ordinate efforts between internal & external stakeholders for effective planning and execution of such campaigns 3. Manage BTL Creative / Content development across verticals for various media - Digital, DM, Retail, Events etc 4. Ensure end-to-end development of communication & collaterals for new products (Core cards / Co-brand cards / Banca Co-brand cards); and communication support for all campaigns and initiatives on existing products - designing of communication for maximum impact 5. Develop and / or review customer-facing communication requests from all other functions within the organization 6. Manage & implement product launch events and other customer engagement programs and events 7. Manage day-to-day coordination with creative agencies on regular jobs, briefing and de-briefing on creative 8. Maintain Project tracker and proactively manage internal stakeholders and creative agency to ensure timely execution 9. Ensure brand standards and guidelines are consistently implemented across all communication elements and all Brand related SOPs are followed and auditable records of communication are maintained 10. Manage budgeting & accounting process for expense line and ensure optimum utilization 11. Manage on-boarding / agreement / financial process related to RFQs and all assigned agencies and vendors 12. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
