Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibility-

Operational

  • Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified.
  • Business Development for Products - LV, MV, SBW, UPS , Power Quality products (AHF & Hybrid Panels) with Consultants, End Users, PMCs
  • Follow up with End users, PMCs & Consultants for Pre-Order Closure of live enquiries - mutually decided with STLs for closure
  • Increase Market share of business done with Consultants / PMC / End User through repeat business
  • Prescribe USPs of Products in upcoming tenders of Consultants / PMCs / End Users
  • Identify business opportunities, segment & perform market research to determine new business leads & potential projects
  • Drawing approval support for Consultants, PMCs & End users
  • Offering the following service basket to Consultants & End Users
  • Introduction of SMART systems
  • Space Allocation - Suggested dimensions of the boards
  • Design of specifications
  • Validation of BOQ, SLD & Specs
  • Discrimination Study
  • Budgetary Offer preparation

Strategic

  • Upgrade & Make new marketing tools as per the plan made for FY 24-25
  • Engage with BD & End user teams of OEM to get market information on upcoming projects and collaborate to win the order & define our strategy

Others

  • Training to the teams on use of Marketing tools - through mock drills - monthly
  • Providing advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
  • Conducting webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
  • Helping to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
  • Tracking emerging markets and trends
