Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the Accounts & Finance function, manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, banking, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage audits, internal controls, and process improvements.
- Oversee treasury, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
