About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Loan Servicing Representative will be responsible to Analyzing Reports, Loan Level Maintenance and Research for Commercial Lending Loans.
The Analyst will conduct the appropriate steps to validate the requestors through Signor Authorizations to provide system of record, research, assistance to commercial lending bankers and customers relating to loan status and record the necessary changes on system of record.
This includes payments, rates, addresses, etc. Reports to include Small business administration.
The Analyst will also be responsible to Run and process select daily, weekly and monthly exception reporting generated by System on a periodic basis and with stringent timelines.
This includes research on Waivers, Reconciliations, Statement analysis, Communication with RMs, Cash movements, etc.
