Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Expert with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
Serve as a course implementation expert to our primarily partners to help drive our course deployments
- Manage project plans and processes to ensure smooth course launches (e-Learning & in-person).
- Collaborate with L&D Program Managers and SMEs on course deployments.
- Define and document course requirements for accurate setup and assignments.
- Maintain course playbooks, deployment updates, and SOPs.
- Track and report key course metrics to stakeholders.
- Use data to improve course visibility, enrollment, and completion rates.
- Create communication and escalation plans to support compliance goals.
