Role Description The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal matters related to property development and real estate transactions for Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad includes drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition, conveyancing, and project development. The role involves providing legal opinions, advising internal stakeholders on property law and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external legal counsel and government authorities. The Senior Legal Executive will handle title verification, due diligence, and risk assessment for various projects, as well as support dispute resolution, litigation management, and documentation for regulatory approvals. The position requires close collaboration with business, finance, and project teams to ensure legally sound transactions and safeguard the organization's interests.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Law with specialized knowledge of Property Law and real estate regulations.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and property-related documentation.
  • Experience in providing Legal Advice to internal stakeholders on transactions, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Conveyancing, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialization in real estate/property law is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector legal roles.
  • Thorough understanding of local and national real estate laws, registration procedures, and regulatory approvals in India.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and capability to maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
