Role Summary

This person will handle all escalations, disputes, and strategic legal decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle:
• Parent/client disputes
• Refund conflicts
• Legal escalations
• Draft/review:
• Legal notices
• Responses to complaints
• Advise leadership on:
• Risk in business decisions
• Policy implications
• Oversee juniors work (final approval on contracts)
• Coordinate with external lawyers if litigation arises

Skills Required

• Strong negotiation & dispute handling
• Practical legal thinking (not just theoretical)
• Ability to take calls in ambiguous situations
• Good communication (very important for parents/clients)

Ideal Experience

• 510 years
• Experience in dispute resolution / litigation / advisory
