This person will handle all escalations, disputes, and strategic legal decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle:
- Parent/client disputes
- Refund conflicts
- Legal escalations
- Draft/review:
- Legal notices
- Responses to complaints
- Advise leadership on:
- Risk in business decisions
- Policy implications
- Oversee juniors work (final approval on contracts)
- Coordinate with external lawyers if litigation arises
Skills Required
- Strong negotiation & dispute handling
- Practical legal thinking (not just theoretical)
- Ability to take calls in ambiguous situations
- Good communication (very important for parents/clients)
