Senior/Lead Product Design
The Senior/Lead Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping product experiences and driving the design vision for our organization. This position is crucial as it bridges user needs with business goals, ensuring that our products not only meet market demands but also provide exceptional value to our users. The Senior/Lead Product Designer will lead design projects from conception through execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and user research. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from ideation to final execution.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Maintain consistency in visual and interaction design across all products.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior design team members.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
