About the Role

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving client success, account expansion, and business growth. You'll be responsible for nurturing high-value client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and account expansion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling, cross-selling, and client expansion opportunities.

  • Drive strategic account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to achieve revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, demand generation, and finance teams to ensure client success.

  • Anticipate client needs, resolve escalations efficiently, and maintain high service standards.

  • Contribute to business growth by identifying and converting prospective accounts.

  • Present regular account performance reviews and strategic insights to management.

  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing structures aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • 46 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development roles (preferably in the IT Staffing / Recruitment industry).

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue, retention, and account expansion targets.

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and outcome-focused.

  • Flexible to work across different time zones/geographies.
