Key Responsibilities
- Work hands-on in Java, JSF, SQL, and related technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in requirement discussions and gather clear customer inputs.
- Document requirements, specifications, and change requests.
- Track project progress, tasks, and timelines using Agile methodologies.
- Prepare technical inputs for project estimates and quotes.
- Support customer calls, clarifications, and solution presentations.
- Ensure delivery quality and meet project deadlines.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Java, JSF, SQL, and enterprise application development.
- Good understanding of Agile practices and project tracking tools.
- Ability to engage with customers professionally and handle requirement discussions.
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Spring Boot or other Java frameworks.
- Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in preparing project estimates or quotes.
