Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using various platforms and tools.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates fit for the role.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews.
