Role : Senior Associate

• Investment Strategy & Execution
• Assist in developing the investment strategy across sectors.
• Identify opportunities
• Conduct due diligence, valuation, and risk assessment of potential investments.
• Structure, negotiate, and close investment deals with industry stakeholders.
• Portfolio Management
• Assist in managing the portfolio of investments to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to scale operations, enhance profitability, and expand market reach.
• Build synergies between various assets and the wider ecosystem.
• Industry & Market Development
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in respective sectors.
• Leverage strong industry networks

Experience: 24 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Venture Capital, or Private Equity.

Sector exposure to consumer, retail, sports, entertainment, or media is a plus.

Skills: Strong financial modeling & valuation, Market research, competitive benchmarking, industry deep-dives, Creation of board-ready presentations, Data sourcing, analysis, and insight generation, Structured problem-solving and intellectual curiosity.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, hungry, resourceful.

Comfortable in lean, high-output teams.
