We are looking for aSenior Interior Designerto join our growing team. This role is suited for a passionate designer with strong client management skills, a keen eye for materials and details, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to execution with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.
- Translate client needs into innovative, practical design solutions.
- Guide material, finish, and color selections.
- Supervise 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D models with the design team.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Conduct site visits for quality checks during execution and resolve design issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
- 58 years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must. Knowledge in other tools like Revit, Rhino, 3DS Max etc is preferable.
- Excellent client-facing and team leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standards.
