Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer who can lead design projects end-to-end, deliver premium-quality interiors, and bring creative vision to life. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Lead interior design projects from concept to execution.
• Develop concept designs, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and 3D design briefs.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Manage vendor interactions, material selections, and site execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors.
• Oversee junior designers and ensure design standards are maintained.
• Stay updated with new materials, trends, and market innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
• 5+ years of proven experience working on high-end interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, V-Ray, and other design tools.
• Excellent visualization, detailing, and presentation skills.
• Strong project coordination and team leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design trends.
