Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects for residential spaces, translating client requirements into functional and visually compelling layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, concept development, material and finish selection, and preparing detailed interior drawings and presentations. The role involves coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), collaborating with architects, project managers, and contractors, and ensuring designs align with brand standards and budget and timeline constraints. The Senior Interior Designer will also guide junior designers, participate in client meetings, and oversee design implementation to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design expertise with proven skills in space planning and creating functional layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with architectural and construction teams.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
• Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design concepts and project budgets.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, similar tools).
• Strong visualization, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead design teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in modular furniture and residential interiors in India.
