We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end design projects, manage client relationships, and deliver functional, aesthetic, and high-quality interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience handling residential/commercial projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete project lifecycle from concept design to execution.
- Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Present design proposals and material boards to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are maintained.
- Oversee site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Manage junior designers/draftsmen and guide them throughout project stages.
- Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and design technologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
- 48+ years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
- Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Preferred
- Experience with residential modular interiors / turnkey projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Vendor and material networking.
