Responsibilities:

- Sales Management:
- Manage and lead a team of interior sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Client Engagement:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
- Previous experience in sales, sales management, or business development within the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
