About the RoleFDC Company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/commercial interior projects, be comfortable coordinating with clients and vendors, and be willing to travel for site visits anywhere in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations as required.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience:4-5 years in interior designing with proven project experience.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and current design trends.
- Ability to create clear working drawings and execution-ready technical details.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and on-site decision-making ability.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be flexible for on-site visits anywhere in Hyderabad.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
