Experience:5-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experiencedSenior Interior Designercapable of managing complete design responsibilities concept development to project execution. The ideal candidate will excel at client communication, detailed design documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality interior projects aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare accurate2D drawings, detailedworking drawings, and construction documentation usingAutoCAD.
- Create3D models, renderings, and visual presentations usingSketchUpor equivalent software.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor on-site design implementation, conduct site visits, and resolve technical design issues as needed.
- PrepareBOQs, material specifications, and relevant design documentation.
- Conduct client design presentations, manage revisions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, design quality, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, standards, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office(knowledge ofV-Ray/Enscapeis an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of detailing, materials, and interior construction processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple design projects independently and manage client expectations professionally.
Experience & Qualification:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.
- Qualification:Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
