About the Role:
Empyreal Club Jaipur is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Engineer / Designer / Architect to lead and oversee the design, detailing, coordination, and execution of luxury interiors for our exclusive club and hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end interior projects, with strong design sensibilities and deep site execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design, detailing, and execution for luxury hospitality and club projects.
- Conduct comprehensive site supervision to ensure the highest quality standards and adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate closely with architecture firms, consultants, and contractors for smooth integration of all design and technical aspects.
- Ensure timely execution of all interior works in alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee material selection, finishes, lighting, furniture, and dcor consistent with the project's luxury positioning.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and GFCs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Liaise with project management teams, MEP consultants, and vendors to resolve design and site issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress, quality control, and design compliance.
- Manage BOQs, cost control, and value engineering to optimize aesthetics and efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies in high-end interiors.
- Lead and mentor on-site interior teams to ensure effective execution and communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Interior Engineering from a reputed institution.
- 1015 years of relevant experience in luxury hotel, resort, or high-end club interior projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end interior detailing and execution expertise.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion/3ds Max, and related design tools.
- Excellent coordination, project management, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience in on-site supervision, vendor management, and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke furniture, lighting design, and premium materials.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver world-class results.
