Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Week Off)

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our Bangalore Experience Center and lead the design journey for mid to high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver exceptional residential interior projects

• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs

• Present design concepts, finishes, and material options to clients

• Generate quotations using company software

• Create and present 3D designs and renders in collaboration with 3D modelers

• Manage multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, timelines, and budget adherence

• Guide and mentor Junior Designers

• Drive project revenue collection and ensure collection targets are achieved on time

• Maintain high standards of customer experience and design excellence

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in residential interior design

Minimum 2 years of experience in the modular interiors industry

Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape

Strong client-handling and presentation skills

Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design principles

Ability to understand and capture client expectations effectively

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Leadership and team mentoring capabilities
