In this position as Integration Engineer, you will be focusing on deployment, integration and troubleshooting of Ericsson Packet Core products but you will encounter many different products and tools.
You will be working hands-on IMS products such as VoLTE end to end solution, Voice over WIFI and IMS signalling scenarios (Registration, SIP2SIP calls) which typically needs to be integrated with products from other telecom domains to facilitate actual phone calls and data traffic. These are running either on smaller local PODs running CEE/VMware/RedHat OpenStack or in full NFVI cloud environments. You will be a part of a very diverse team with members on multiple sites working across time-zones.

Qualification
Candidates must have 10+ years overall experience and Minimum 5 years of experience working with telecom.
High knowledge (installation/operation/integration/support) of all or a subset of the Ericsson Telecom products within Converged Core (IMS)
High knowledge in deployment of VNFs and troubleshooting on different infrastructure e.g. BSP, CEE, VMWare
High knowledge in VoLTE end to end solution, Voice over WIFI and IMS signalling scenarios (Registration, SIP2SIP calls)
Cloud Native deployment and troubleshooting at both ECCD and CNF levels
Good understanding and skills with virtualization and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, ECCD, CNIS)
Very good knowledge of Cloud and virtualization technologies - (e.g., OpenStack, Kubernetes/Docker, vMRS, vIMS, Openstack, NFVI, SDN, Redhat, VMWare, Public Clouds, etc.)
Cloud Execution Environment (Virtualized Infrastructure Manager) OpenStack based
High knowledge in Telecom protocols
High knowledge in IP Networking
IT Processes, IT Tools & Infrastructure Knowledge
Ericsson NFVI Solution experience
Solid Linux knowledge
On the plus side
Experience from Ericsson products
Knowledge of Ericsson Security Manager (ESM)
Experience from integrating and troubleshooting applications.
Ericsson CEE (Cloud Execution Environment), CCD (Cloud Container Distribution), SDN (Software Defined Networking) experience
Experience of automation in the form of scripting, using bash or python
Responsibilities & Tasks
Configure and integrate nodes and solutions into networks (new and existing)
Help create effective solutions through activities in network design, planning and deployment.
Maintain a stable environment and optimizes the telecom network as necessary.
Contribute to continuous improvements in the deliveries.
