Job Overview- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of experience to lead our lead generation and conversion efforts. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and relationship
building. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls,
emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools. Additionally, you will research
target markets, run email campaigns, qualify leads, and drive sales opportunities.
Responsibilities-
Build and optimize the sales funnel by improving lead generation strategies through
inbound and outbound outreach.
Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, emails, and digital
campaigns.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business
opportunities.
Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, etc.) for accurate lead
tracking and follow-ups.
Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to nurture and convert leads into
sales.
Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to maximize lead conversions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
Conduct follow-ups, handle objections, and build strong client relationships for long-term
engagement.
Drive sales closure efforts and work towards achieving individual and team revenue
targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in a
B2B environment, preferably with exposure to the AMEA.
Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with
demonstrated success in engaging prospects.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads and
sales pipelines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence
decision-makers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
