We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Infor XA 10.1 (MAPICS) Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Infor XA 10.1 ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in manufacturing business processes and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions, support strategic initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements.
This role requires hands-on experience with Infor XA (MAPICS), strong business process knowledge, and the ability to independently manage functional deliverables while collaborating with technical teams and business users across global operations.

What is expected out of you
As a part of this Job
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Infor XA (MAPICS).
- Configure, maintain, and support Infor XA 10.1 modules to meet business objectives.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and Finance teams to improve business processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to define functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Lead functional activities during system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
- Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, CRP, and Go-Live activities while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize ERP processes and system utilization.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
Must have skills;
- 4+ years of functional experience with Infor XA (MAPICS).
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor XA Version 10.1.
- Good understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in one or more of the following modules: Manufacturing,Material Requirements Planning (MRP),Inventory Management,Procurement & Purchasing,Supply Chain ,Sales Order Management
- Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements, production support, and system upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, CRP, defect management, and Go-Live support.
- Ability to independently manage functional workstreams and coordinate with technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications;
- Experience in Automotive, Motorcycle, or Discrete Manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to IBM i (AS/400), Infor OS, and Infor ION is preferred.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed business users.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Good to Have;
- Experience supporting ERP transformations within manufacturing organizations.
- Knowledge of BOM, Routings, Shop Floor Control, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, and Quality processes.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead functional discussions with business stakeholders.
