As a Senior IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and DLMS (Device Language Message Specification) Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions for industrial automation and energy management systems. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing software applications, protocols, and frameworks tailored to the specific requirements of IIoT and DLMS standards.
Extensive experience (6+ years) in software development, with a focus on IIoT, industrial automation, or energy management systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python with hands-on experience in developing IIoT applications and protocols.
In-depth knowledge of IIoT frameworks and protocols, such as MQTT, CoAP, OPC UA, and Modbus, and experience with IIoT platforms like AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
Strong experience in DLMS standards and protocols, including COSEM, HDLC, and TCP/IP, and experience in implementing DLMS communication interfaces and services.
Experience with security principles and practices, including encryption, authentication, and secure coding standards, and familiarity with
industry-specific compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62351).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
