1.Being the head of HR, responsible for the entire functionality of HR Department

2.Responsible for entire life cycle of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

5.Define KRA, KPI and Performance appraisal etc.

6.Responsible for managing the ESIC, PF, Shop & Establishment, payroll and statutory compliance of the organization.

Requirements:

1.MBA (HR) from a reputable institute.
