Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in South Delhi. The Senior HR Manager will lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's vision. This position will also include fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture while managing and mentoring HR team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 Years + Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and talent development programs.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, labor laws, and handling HR documentation accurately and effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
  • Proven experience in change management and driving HR strategic initiatives.
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and prior experience in the defense or technology sector would be an advantage.
