Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for a Senior Human Resource Executive. The individual in this position will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, and ensuring effective administration of HR services to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Ability to plan and execute employee programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus
