Job Description

Sberbank is looking for a Senior HR Legal Manager to join our expanding team in Delhi.

This pivotal role will be on making processes, policies, SOPs, documents and lead committees like POSH & disciplinary committees.

Manager will handle employee grievances and manage documentation in the responsible area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws, employment regulations & internal policies.
  • Draft, review and update HR policies.
  • Manage ER issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances and separations, in collaboration with legal counsel as required.
  • Provide advisory support to HR & DMD on legal and compliance matters.
  • Ensure completion & accuracy in employee documentation and personnel files.
  • Holding policy awareness sessions with employees.
  • Managing HR audits & RBI enquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's high Bachelor's degree/ Master degree in HR, Management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Minimum from 12-15 years of experience in HR Legal Manager or a related role.
  • Strong legal skills and proficiency in labor legislation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Fluent English is must.
