Sberbank is looking for a Senior HR Legal Manager to join our expanding team in Delhi.
This pivotal role will be on making processes, policies, SOPs, documents and lead committees like POSH & disciplinary committees.
Manager will handle employee grievances and manage documentation in the responsible area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws, employment regulations & internal policies.
- Draft, review and update HR policies.
- Manage ER issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances and separations, in collaboration with legal counsel as required.
- Provide advisory support to HR & DMD on legal and compliance matters.
- Ensure completion & accuracy in employee documentation and personnel files.
- Holding policy awareness sessions with employees.
- Managing HR audits & RBI enquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's high Bachelor's degree/ Master degree in HR, Management or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Minimum from 12-15 years of experience in HR Legal Manager or a related role.
- Strong legal skills and proficiency in labor legislation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Fluent English is must.
